Overview
RentAxis is a property management platform for modern property managers: manage rentals, collect rent online, track maintenance and automate accounting, all in one place. It started as Rent Tracker, built for Boston Appraisal Service, and grew into a SaaS product.

Properties and units. Multi-family, single-family, condominiums, apartments and commercial properties, with occupancy, rent and amenities per unit.
Tenants and leases. Tenant profiles and documents, and leases with Section 8 support and split payments.
Rent collection. Invoicing, online payments, late fees and automated reminders.

Accounting and reports. Chart of accounts, journal entries, bank reconciliation, and Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet reports.
