Hey, I’m Zahin

A full-stack developer in Chittagong, Bangladesh, working across the React and Laravel ecosystems.

Most of my work is SaaS that real businesses run on: property management with its own accounting, and workflows for appraisal firms. On my own I ship complete products, from a real-time polling app to offline-first Android apps.

Rough Ideas In, Polished Products Out

I’m a full-stack developer across the React and Laravel ecosystems. On RentAxis, a property management SaaS, I built the accounting core, the portals for staff, tenants and contractors, and the imports that bring a company’s records in from spreadsheets. Today I’m on the team building BAS CRM, a multi-tenant platform for appraisal firms.

I joined Iconic Solutions in September 2023 and have worked there as a software developer since July 2025, building features across React, Vue and Laravel. Now I’m going deeper into DevOps and system design: how software is deployed, scaled and kept running, not just how it’s written.

On my own I ship whole products, from Pollify, a real-time polling app built end to end, to offline-first Android apps. Beyond code, I write to teach, rebuilding fundamental concepts through mental models.
